Return Policy
We hope you love everything you purchase from us, but just in case you change your mind, here are some simple rules about our returns:
To request an online return, you will need to log in or create a customer account.
- Online returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We must receive all returns within 14 days of you receiving your order for a full refund.
- All items received after that (up to 21 days) will receive store or online credit only.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 21 days from date received.
- Items must be unworn, with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from your return total, except in cases of shipping error or damaged items.
- All clearance, intimate apparel (including bodysuits + brami's), pre-orders, and accessories including jewelry and handbags are final sale.
- All returns are processed within 2-3 business days. Refunds often take 5-7 business days beyond that to show up on your account (based on bank).
- You must enclose the original receipt so we may locate your order efficiently and quickly process your return.
Please note: gift cards from our brick & mortar store do not work on the website and website gift cards do not work in our brick & mortar store!
We offer In-Store Returns for Online Purchases
- In-store returns must be received within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund. You have 14 days from receiving your order to exchange or to receive store credit.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days for in-store return.
- Items must be unworn & unwashed, in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse refunds based on the condition of the item.
- If no suitable exchange for the item is found, store credit may be offered.
- All pre-orders, accessories, jewelry, intimates (including bodysuits), special occasion apparel, and sale items are final sale.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted outside the 14 day window or without tags and receipt.
We offer In-Store Pick Up
- Once we receive your order for in-store pickup, we will process it and send you an email letting you know it is available and ready for pick up. The majority of our items are available in-store and therefore we can process in-store pick ups rather quickly.
- In-store pick ups will fall under our brick and mortar return policy. You'll have 7 days for full refund, exchange, or store credit. The 7 days will begin once email is sent confirming your in-store pickup is ready.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 7 day return policy for in-store pick up.

From time to time, a damage or flaw in an item gets by us as we inspect our garments. If you experience this, please take a photo of the damage/flaw and email us immediately at redding@apricotlaneusa.com and we will get back to you within 2 business days!
